Role and Responsibilities
TO FULFILL THE GOALS BY ASSISTING MANAGERS DURING THEIR NORMAL SHIFTS AND CAN ALSO ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE STORE WHEN NEEDED OR AS SCHEDULED.
SAFETY & EFFICIENCY

• Supervises hourly crew.
• Able to effectively run and manage a crew during an assigned shift.
• Able to give constructive directions.
• Sets the example for other crew members by following all operational procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• During shift, assure smooth operation of Store.
• Promote positive Team Member relations.
• Meet all cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Be a Manager’s extra set of hands and eyes during a shift.
• Perform all daily paperwork.
• Understand labor cost management.
• Train Team Members as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate ability to take responsibility and accountability and be ready to grow with the company
• Obtain Certification as per TABC requirements, if any
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Successfully complete written and hands-on certification tests.
Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed while demonstrating leadership abilities and commitment to excellent guest service.
Desire to learn, be committed, self-motivated, represent PizzaFire culture and brand.

Must be able to physically perform roles while sitting, standing, walking, and/or lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
Must be able to use a keyboard on a daily basis and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word and standard office equipment such as a printer and scanner.
Must be capable of performing any duty, of any position, while training or covering staffing needs.
Must have reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of restaurant experience.
Advanced classes in business management, restaurant and hospitality management, or similar fields.
